NAM D VIETNAMESE

 

What you find at NAM D is what you would find on the streets of Vietnam. Street food is a big part of Vietnamese food culture, this is the concept NAM D has embraced. Everything at NAM D is made from scratch and prepared fresh daily.

From the specially baked bread to the homemade butter, pâté and pickles for their Bánh Mì, or the restorative soup for their Phở, the team at NAM D are dedicated to introducing Wellingtonians to Vietnamese food and culture.

BAO BOY STEAMED BUNS

 

The Dragonfly team is at it again! Owner operators Brent Wong and Tania Siladi are proud to announce a new venture in the exciting Bao Boy. Bao Boy aims to bring the already popular bao bun concept, adding various new twists and flavours.

The inspiration comes from the success of the bao promotion at the Moore Wilson’s food pods in 2016 and at Welington’s Beervana event. “Our pork baos have always been a hit at Dragonfly, so we went for a fresh approach selling them through stalls over the course of the year, and it’s organically developed into this Bao Boy venture.”

You’ve been asking for it Wellingtonians!  Dimitri & Lisa are excited to be part of Press Hall and expand their already popular Greek food selection by bringing their souvlaki to the Wellington CBD.  Their sought after range of delicious souvlaki and authentic Greek pita bread are all hand crafted daily.  They will also be introducing a exciting new breakfast souvlaki as well as providing other popular Greek food & treats such as Pastitsio, Spanakopita, Baklava and more!

MAD MEX MEXICAN

 

The Baja-inspired style of food is what we serve at Mad Mex, and we keep our ingredients fresh and natural. Our meats are rubbed in spices and slow cooked for 6 hours, or marinated in-store and seared on a hot grill. Our food may be fast but it’s real, it’s simple and we like it that way, because it’s what you leave out that lets the flavour shine!
